Siphon with ball

The siphon is designed to collect and drain the water condensed in the clips into the sewer.
When the air conditioner does not work and the water in the siphon dries up, it serves to close the path of unpleasant odors by means of the ball installed in it.
INSTALLATION: Installation in walls is done using the enclosed plastic box with screws and cover.
In a pre-made hole in the wall, we place the box in a vertical position on the openings for the water supply and drainage pipes. The pipes must be inserted into the interior of the box at least 7 cm, so that the siphon can be installed more easily. Before bricking the box, it must be covered with a cardboard cover (11). After bricking the box, the cover is removed, the siphon is inserted into it with the rubber sleeve (1) on the upper side, then the pipes are inserted. Then the box is covered with the cover (10) which is screwed with the supplied screws.
ATTENTION: When the air conditioner has not worked for a long time, before it is turned on again, we recommend inspecting the inside of the siphon and, if necessary, cleaning the ball (3) and the filter (4). The siphon must not be built into a wall without the plastic box!
TECHNICAL DATA:
- The siphon is made of quality plastic PP (polypropylene), the seals are made of rubber.
- The height of the water barrier is 50 mm.
- The throughput of the siphon is a maximum of 36 liters per minute.
- The rubber sleeve placed on the water supply side makes it possible to install pipes with an external size of 0 25-30 mm, on the element for water drainage, pipes with an internal size of 0 18-20 mm can be installed.
